By accessing or using the SouthWest Water Conservation website at https://southwestwater.org (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Event details on the Site are provided for community information. Events are subject to change or cancellation, and we make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate and up to date. Some events listed are organized by third parties - please confirm details directly with the organizer before attending.

Donations made through or linked from the Site are processed by third-party payment providers (such as PayPal). Donations to SouthWest Water Conservation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, are voluntary and generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us and we will work with you in good faith.

All content on the Site - including text, images, logos, and graphics - is owned by or licensed to SouthWest Water Conservation and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
